We will be holding daily t-shirt contests from March 1-5. Only shirts designed for that day’s theme will be considered. So, pay attention to the theme for the day when picking out what you will wear for the competition.
Winners will be judged by audience applause. Audience judges the shirt based on these 5 categories:
Have we seen something like this before? Is it a unique concept or presentation?
Colors, perspective, imagination + skill. Don't be afraid to think outside the box.
We LOVE when you can present facts in a fun and funny way. Make us laugh for more applause.
Facts are important. For this contest facts are valued over worldview.
You can have the best design in the world, but if we can't read it/see it, then you won't win.
SUNDAY (3/01): Dinosaurs
MONDAY (3/02): 1st responders (police, firefighters, EMT, etc.) OR neurology/brain, Ai, Technology

There will be a scavenger hunt in the model train town for folks to find little scenes on the layout.
Interactive Neighborhood for Kids (INK) has donated family admission packages for each day’s winner!
As part of the Butterfly Contest, symposium participants can go Find the Butterflies!
Butterflies are hidden throughout historic downtown Flowery Branch. They’re hidden in plain view! Do you see one?
Take a picture and post it on our Facebook page in the Comments!
The Butterfly Hunt opens Saturday, March 7th at 9:00am and runs through Saturday, March 14th until 4:00pm.
(The last butterfly discovered will be awarded a prize during our Awards Ceremony, Saturday, March 14th at 6:30pm)
